Each commission is led personally by Jethro Bloch, your single point of contact throughout the journey. From early concept through to detailed technical delivery, we translate your ideas into built form — combining your vision with our creative clarity, technical accuracy and design excellence.
Blocharch works selectively, taking on projects where we can meaningfully elevate the experience and deliver at the highest standard. Our role adapts to the project’s location: we act as lead architect and design guardian for local builds in South Africa, and design architect for international commissions — collaborating with trusted partners to ensure seamless execution across borders.
