Horizontal slabs extend outward following the cliff profile while terraces and pools project toward the horizon. Concrete structure anchors the building as timber linings and glazing temper exposure to wind light and view.
Movement unfolds across levels maintaining constant visual alignment between interior space ocean surface and sky.
